A high-touch mental performance program for student-athletes who want to stay calm under pressure, bounce back fast from mistakes, and compete with real confidence.
Your Athlete Is Talented. So Why Does It Fall Apart in Games?
You've watched them dominate in practice. You've seen the potential. But when the lights come on, something shifts — and it's not about ability.
Talented but Inconsistent
They look like a different athlete in games. The skills are there — but they can't access them when it counts.
Overthinking & Spiraling
One mistake turns into two, then three. They can't reset, can't refocus, and the mental spiral takes over.
Confidence Doesn't Match Ability
They know they're good — but anxiety, tension, and self-doubt show up right when they need to perform.
This isn't a skill problem. It's a mental performance problem — and it's trainable.
The Program
Wired to WIN Is Not Therapy. It's Mental Performance Training.
Wired to WIN is a structured, high-touch coaching program that trains the mental skills student-athletes need to perform consistently under pressure — the same way they train their body.
We work on the nervous system, mindset, and daily habits that separate athletes who perform in practice from athletes who perform when it matters most.
Nervous System Regulation
Learn to control activation, manage pre-game anxiety, and stay composed under pressure.
Focus & Reset Protocols
Build the mental routines that allow athletes to refocus after mistakes and stay locked in.
Confidence & Identity
Develop a performance identity that holds up when the score is close and the stakes are high.
Habits & Routines
Create consistent pre-competition rituals that prime the mind and body to perform.
This is for athletes who:
Are talented but inconsistent under pressure
Struggle to reset after mistakes
Get anxious or tense before competition
Want a mental edge that's structured and practical
Wired to WIN is a structured, season-aligned program — not a one-time workshop or a generic course. Every element is designed to create real, measurable change in how your athlete performs.
12-Week Program
A focused, structured timeline that builds mental performance skills progressively — from foundation to competition application.
Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls
Private sessions with your coach to review performance, address challenges, and build the next week's mental game plan.
Between-Session Support
Direct access to your coach between calls for accountability, quick resets, and real-time support during competition weeks.
Personalized Focus Areas
Each athlete's program is tailored around their specific challenges — regulation, routines, reset protocols, and confidence building.
Spots are limited. We work with a small number of athletes each cohort to ensure every athlete gets the attention they deserve.
"My daughter was one of the best players on her club team but would completely shut down in big games. After 8 weeks with Wired to WIN, she's a different athlete mentally. She bounces back from mistakes now instead of letting them snowball."
— Parent of a U17 Club Soccer Player
"I used to get so in my head before games that I'd feel sick. Now I have actual tools — breathing, routines, reset cues — that I use every single game. My coach noticed the difference before I even told her about the program."
— High School Varsity Basketball Player, Junior
"We tried sports psychology before and it felt vague. This was completely different — structured, practical, and my son actually looked forward to the sessions. His confidence on the court is night and day."
— Parent of a High School Tennis Player
Wired to WIN has supported student-athletes across basketball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, swimming, and track — at the high school and competitive club level.

Everything Your Athlete Needs to Perform Under Pressure
Week 1–2
Foundation & Assessment
We start by understanding your athlete's specific mental performance challenges, competition history, and goals. No guesswork — we build from a clear baseline.
Week 3–5
Nervous System Training
Athletes learn to recognize and regulate their activation levels — managing pre-game anxiety, staying composed in high-pressure moments, and recovering quickly.
Week 6–8
Reset Protocols & Focus Skills
We build the mental routines athletes use to refocus after mistakes, stay present during competition, and stop spiraling mid-game.
Week 9–10
Confidence & Performance Identity
Athletes develop a stable, competition-tested sense of who they are as a performer — so confidence doesn't depend on the last play.
Week 11–12
Integration & Competition Application
Everything comes together. Athletes apply their full mental toolkit in real competition, with coach support and real-time feedback.
Is This Right for Your Athlete?
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is Wired to WIN for?
Wired to WIN is designed for high school and serious club/travel athletes (ages 13–18) who are talented and motivated but struggle to perform consistently under pressure. This is not for athletes in crisis — it's for athletes who want a competitive edge.
Is this therapy or sports psychology?
No. Wired to WIN is performance coaching — not therapy or clinical treatment. We focus exclusively on mental skills training: regulation, focus, routines, and confidence. If your athlete needs clinical support, we'll refer you to the right resource.
How much time does it require?
Athletes commit to one 45-minute coaching call per week, plus 10–15 minutes of daily practice between sessions. The program is designed to fit around a full athletic and academic schedule.
What if we're mid-season?
That's actually ideal. The program is designed to be applied in real competition — not just in the off-season. Many athletes see the biggest gains when they're actively competing.

I Help Athletes Unlock the Performance That's Already Inside Them.
I'm a mental performance coach who works exclusively with student-athletes. My work sits at the intersection of performance psychology, nervous system science, and practical coaching — built for athletes who are ready to close the gap between their potential and their results.
I created Wired to WIN because I kept seeing the same pattern: talented athletes who trained hard, had great coaches, and still couldn't perform consistently when it mattered. The missing piece was never physical. It was mental — and it was trainable.
My coaching style is direct, structured, and athlete-centered. We don't do vague mindset talk. We build real skills, real routines, and real results.
Why I'm Qualified
Training, Background & Coaching Philosophy
Background & Training
Certified Mental Performance Coach with specialized training in sport psychology and nervous system regulation
Trained in somatic and body-based approaches to performance — not just cognitive techniques
Background working with high school and collegiate athletes across multiple sports
Continuing education in performance neuroscience, trauma-informed coaching, and elite athlete development
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe mental performance is a skill — not a personality trait. Athletes aren't born mentally tough. They're trained that way.
My approach is practical, not philosophical. We don't spend sessions talking about feelings. We build tools, test them in competition, and refine them based on real results.
I also believe in working with the whole athlete — not just the performance. When an athlete feels seen, understood, and equipped, everything else follows.
The free consult is a 30-minute conversation — for parents and athletes together. We'll talk about what's showing up in competition, what you've already tried, and whether Wired to WIN is the right next step. No pressure. No pitch. Just an honest conversation.
